A Japanese man in his 50s is arrested after turning himself in for setting fire to a section of the iconic scramble crossing outside JR Shibuya Station.
Authorities believe the act was intended to draw attention to a message he left at the scene, which reportedly read, “Japan has nearly been taken over.”
