The One about the Castries USB-C Docking Station

Many consumer laptops are going thinner and many are eliminating the Ethernet port and less USB ports (these days, one USB and one USB-C port).

While these laptop companies have their own docking stations, they charge an insane amount of money and while back then you had hardly any choices, these days, you do and there are third party companies that have awesome USB-C docking station.

The Castries USB-C Docking Station is one that I recommend because it has a VGA input for those who have older monitors. It has an Ethernet port, two HDMI ports (which can output 4K), one USB charging port, one USB-C data transfer port, three USB 3.0 ports, 3.5mm audio input (or 2-in-1 mic) and an TF and an micro SD Card Reader.

There are cheaper ones which allow for a single monitor connection but this one will allow for three displays (or four including the laptop) but it depends on the laptop’s graphic card (as Intel graphic cards supports 3 monitors)

And a major plus is that it uses the latest stable MST chip which keeps the docking station at 45 degree Celsius constant temperature and the company promotes the device for its safety features.

It has an anti-slip bottom and for the most part, it works perfectly well.

So, for those looking for a USB-C docking station which includes many ports, especially a VGA input, the Castries USB-C Docking Station is definitely recommended!
