For the most part, this multi-tool is well-made.
To use the pliers, you just lift the lock and once opened, the pliers is ready to be used and right in between is a wire cutter.
Overall, this multi-tool is pretty good at under $18. A good amount of tools included and the overall multi-tool is durable and well-made. Recommended!
