I have to go through many different hoses every few years, from the best hose that are destroyed due to heat and some that are just priced too high!
I am replacing all hoses outside of our home with a more flexible option. I’ve actually had 50 ft. but for my need and gardening, I will need something at least 100 feet. But most importantly, they don’t kink and are made of latex core to reduce hose leakage and abrasion.
And the Delxo 100 ft. expandable garden water hose is rather interesting because the company offers quite more than the competitors.
The Delxo version I am reviewing is the orange 2020 Upgraded Design and you get a nine pattern hose nozzle, hose splitter, rubber gaskets and leakprooftape, hose clamp and a bag.
I like what they did with the new 2020 design to reduce leakage and it’s always amazing to see how much water is held in these hose. You can be done and with an old hose, within seconds, it takes a while to empty out but this time, you can see how the hoses ability to expand carries a lot of water.
Anyway, I love this hose and I think many others will as well.
The biggest test will come in a few months when California heat kicks into full gear. I want to see if the hose continues to work and doesn’t break during the 100 degree summer heat. If it does, I’ll update this review.
But overall, the Delxo 100 ft. Expandable Hose is highly recommended!
