The One about the KROSER Travel Laptop Backpack

The latest travel laptop backpack that I’m quite happy to review is the KROSER Travel Laptop Backpack.

The laptop backpack is designed for 17″ laptops but how well does it do as a travel backpack?  Let’s check this backpack out.

First, lets discuss aesthtics, for one, I really enjoy the black/red look.  I also like the look from the handle and the front carabiner and more!

The laptop backpack is made of durable and high quality water-repellent fabric. And there is one big thing that I absolutely love about this backpack.  For one, it includes a double zipper for each major pocket and every zipper is thick.  I’m very critical towards backpacks that use small or medium-side zippers, especially those that market themselves as a travel backpack but doesn’t have anyway to insert luggage locks.  These zippers have large holes at the end to allow for luggage locks.  So, that’s a major plus!

A big question that many people may wonder is if you can use this backpack for traveling overseas and can be used as a carryon. Most airlines require your carryon to be 22 x 14 x 9 max (45 linear inches). This backpack is 18.6”x13.5”x10.8” is  (42.9 linear inches), so it is carryon safe.

So, let’s take a look at the front.

The front features a hook carabiner.  Typically you see them on the side, but I’m sure one can find ideas of how to utilize it.  If used outdoors, I can attach it to a first aid kit or even a water bottle holder.

The bottom pocket is quite big and inside is a pouch.  So, may it be to include cabling, power banks, you can keep things in here if you want. But for security purposes, I would use it for papers, maps, etc.

The top pocket is a small pocket that allows for keys or anything small.

The first major compartment is very interesting.  It offers RFID pockets which provide identity protection.  Inside zipper pouches, one big and one small.  While there are pencil holders, memory card holders, etc. There are multiple pouches which is a major plus.

The second big compartment is huge, which you can put clothing, books, anything really.  And inside is a very large pouch.  This compartment has a cylindrical pocket (to hold cylindrical powerbanks) on the side and is the compartment with a wire that connects to the built-in USB port, so you can easily connect your electronics to charge to a power bank if needed.

But it’s an all-purpose pocket, but I would not put your laptop in here as it’s not fully padded.

The third largest compartment is the padded pocket best for your laptop or electronics.  There is good enough packing on the front to back, so your electronics will be protected.

The side pockets feature mesh pockets to hold your water bottles or thermos. There is also a strap to buckle from both sides from front to rear.

In the center is a luggage belt and as for the shoulder pads, both are padded (not thick, not thing but just about average).

As for the top handle, with a steel wire in a tube underneath.  So, you know the handle can handle the weight, if your backpack is more on the heavy side.  There is a loop to allow to hang on a hanger (especially in bathrooms).

For the most part, this is is a solid travel backpack.

The use of thicker zippers and the inclusion of double zippers with holes which allow for mini-luggage locks is a huge plus.  The ability to hold beverages on the side is another major plus.

Also, with it being water repellent makes it even better while walking in the rain outdoors.  And it happens to be travel-safe, for the size and the inclusion of the luggage belt.

Overall, this KROSER Travel Laptop Backpack is wonderful!  And I can’t wait to utilize this backpack in my next trip overseas!
