Located in Shibuya’s Cat St., right next door to the Ralph Lauren Polo Store is The Roastery by Nozy Coffee.
Ran by the people behind Setagaya’s Nozy Coffee and by restaurant owners – Tysons Japan, The Roastery by Nozy Coffee in Shibuya has a simple concept and that’s “Single origin coffee”. Single origin coffee is differentiated by where the beans were grown and who raised them and The Roastery wants to introduce the taste of coffee coming from one single place.
The employees will help one find the bean that fits their tastebuds from the 8 different types available.
The latte soft cream is made from milk and espresso made right in the shop.
The Coffee Porter is made by the company’s expert brewers using espresso ground at the brewery.
And the location sells their famous N.Y. Rings which are fresh donuts made from croissant dough and the pastries are brought fresh from the bakery is a perfect mach to the coffee.
The cafe latte is very good at this location and I do recommend people in the Shibuya Cat St. area of giving this place a try!
The location is convenient for hanging out and talking with friends, the location is spacious and overall vibe is very cool! But most importantly, the coffee is delicious!
But if you are not a coffee fan and want to partake in alcohol, the location also sells whisky.
If you happen to be hungry after drinking your coffee and want something aside from pastries, make sure you stop by Tyson’s popular BBQ restaurant, the Smokehouse, an American-style BBQ restaurant upstairs.
