Are you into wacky rigging, ned rigging and use long artificial worm lures?
In fishing, rubber O-rings are primarily used to preserve soft plastic lures (like plastic worms) and secure hooks in place. They prevent the hook from tearing through the soft plastic during a cast, a hookset, or a fight with a fish, ultimately saving you money and also helps in reducing plastic waste in the water.
How it works is you put the rubber O-Ring in a metal aluminum tool around it and then you put the artificial worm lure inside the aluminum tool (there is a hole inside) and then you slide the O-ring until it gets into the middle of the artificial worm lure. Very easy to use!
What makes the PROBITE Wacky Rig Tool Kit different from other O-Ring related sets is that you get 200 rubber O-rings (100 pieces for 3″-4″ inch worms and 100 for 5″ and 7″ worms) and 30 pieces of wide gap and wacky worm hooks. To break it down, there are 10x 1/0 Wide Gap, 10x 2/0 Wide Gap and 10x 2/0 Wacky Hooks. These hooks are made from 100% premium aluminum alloy and tips that are rust-resistant via 304 stainless steel. Thios is great for heavy lifting and high-wear applications vs. regular aluminum. They are also stronger than nickel-plated or solid nickel hooks.
The set also comes with a coiled lanyard with carabiner for the aluminum tool and of course, the plastic case! And all this for under $15! That’s an amazing deal!
The PROBITE Wacky Rig Tool Kit is highly recommended!
