The One about Running N gauge trains on a giant diorama & a dream railway collaboration with Yomiuri TV’s “Yamamoto Electric Railway”

KRY Yamaguchi Broadcasting’s Ryo Takahashi, a railway enthusiast, travels to Osaka for a special collaboration with fellow railway enthusiasts. The setting is near Osaka Castle Park Station on the Osaka Loop Line, for a dream collaboration with Yomiuri TV’s Takaya Yamamoto, who runs the popular railway-themed YouTube channel “Yamamoto Electric Railway Channel”.

The place they visited this time is a railway model spot that can truly be called a “dream space” with a giant railway diorama. It’s RailwayToyBox in Izumisano City, Osaka! In a full-fledged layout that meticulously reproduces everything from stations and platforms to the scenery along the line and the landscaping, Takahashi runs his prized railway models, which he packed into a trunk, one after another. Many of the trains that he has a deep affection for appear in his collection.

Every time he takes out a model, the railway talk with Yomiuri TV’s Takaya Yamamoto gets more and more lively. From his particular preferences for train selection, to stories about memorable trains, and the scenes of the models running, it’s content that railway fans will find themselves engrossed in.

Normally, “KRY Railway Club” broadcasts railway news and archive footage from Yamaguchi Prefecture, but this time it’s a special episode on an out-of-prefecture trip. This is a serious railway project by announcers connected by their “love of railways,” transcending the boundaries of broadcasting stations. The sequel will also be released on Yomiuri TV’s official YouTube channel, “Yamamoto Electric Railway Channel.
