For today’s review, I am taking a look at the Double Horses 1:32 Toyota RAV4 DieCast Vehicle. Double Horses is one of the major companies making diecast metal vehicles and various companies sell them under their name. For this review, I am checking out the WAKAKAC release.
For the most part, this is a pretty fascinating release because you mostly see luxury or sportscars with the occasional muscle machine, but straight up normal cars, you don’t see them being released in 1:32.
So, as I look at the vehicle, this looks like the 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid GR Sport which was released in Europe.
This diecast metal vehicle is made in China, but for those who don’t know, Mattel’s Hot Wheels are made in Malaysia and their Matchbox cars are made in Thailand, while Takara Tomy’s Tomica’s are made in Vietnam. So, for the most part, many of the diecast metal vehicles are made in Asia.
And we are starting to see China ramp up its diecast metal vehicles, primarily seeing quality larger sized diecast metal vehicles.
The vehicle is attached on a base, but you can remove it off the base with a screwdriver and similar to other die-cast metal vehicles, you can move it backwards and it will automatically go forward.
It also has LED and can make alarm sounds when a door is opened. Also, features rubber wheels.
I was quite pleased with the overall detail and quality of this RAV 4 Sport. But I have owned a Double Horses release before and the quality of their diecast metal vehicles are wonderful.
For the most part, it’s a well-made diecast metal vehicle and I highly recommend it!
