I had to give the Fanttik X8 Portable Tire Inflator a try. Mainly my thoughts are something to carry with me if I have a flat while biking.
I do have a portable pump but that takes forever sometimes.
Since this is small and portable air compressor, I could keep it in my backpack and even carry it on trips.
It comes in black and green and It’s really cool because it functions as a handheld air compressor with a large digital screen, it also has a flash light which is bright.
It comes with the air compressor, a presta valve adapter, a nozzle and ball needle adapter, an air tube and a USB-C cable to charge the device. Plus a storage bag and instructions.
The large digital pressure gauge displays both the current and target side by side with +/- 1.5 psi accuracy. And for the most part, the 5200mah battery last about a half hour on continued use, while charging the device takes hours.
It’s really easy to use (you can switch from bike, car, moped, ball)and easy to charge, but I do have a few things that could improve on the product.
For one, I wish they made the tube/hose longer. About 2-3 inches longer would have been better.
It can run hot during continued use (I had many tires to pump), so don’t over do it (or over use it for long periods of time) and make sure it’s on the valve adapter correctly.
But the device does work very well. I was able to pump air in my tires much more efficiently and quicker than me on my bike pump.
