I tend to go to stay in Japan for a month each year and its been sad because I haven’t been able to for nearly three years now, as tourism in Japan is still closed to the general public.
I figured that I have so much raw Tokyo video footage, why not make a LoFi Random Musings Travel video!
I didn’t use a steady cam during these videos. It’s all raw footage, while walking with my camera, riding in vehicles with the camera or just setting it down outside a window. A lot of the video footage featured, I’ve not used it before in any of my travel vlogs (if I did, maybe seconds of it for an intro or outro), it was just me or less having the camera turned on while walking or riding towards a destination. Instead of having these videos kept in memory cards for no one to see them, I figured I can utilize the video footage for something cool (and I still have a lot more!).

Capturing a moment of time how Tokyo used to be (and when many business were still thriving before permanent closures) before the pandemic. Many of us will see how much things have changed when Japan opens travel to the general public (as many of us haven’t been able to go back since spring of 2020). Hopefully, we get to travel to Japan again sooner than later. But we just have to be patient.
