The One about the Formula Sports FST180 90% Tungsten Darts

Sure, many are familiar with major brand darts, many that are affiliated with a professional champion darts player.

These darts are typically made of Tungsten 80%, 85%, 90% and weight can be around 20g, 22g, 24g, 27g, 28g and often come in 3 darts, 3 dart flights and 3 dart shafts and typically range from $45-$100 for 90% set. Even higher when it’s tied to a professional champ.

Today’s Darts that I am reviewing is from Australia/New Zealand, Formula Sports. A store operating since 1991, they specialize in darts, billiards, racket sports and more.

The company offers many types of darts and for today, I am reviewing the Formula Sports FST180 90% Tungsten Darts.

These darts feature three aluminum shafts with o-rings, three clear polycarbonate shafts shafts, six nylon alu shafts (three with black and blue, three with gray, blue and black) and you also get a dart point sharpener.

I do wish they came in cooler packaging (I know there are others who keep them in durable cases) but these come in cardboard packaging.

But overall, these are solid darts for the price. I really like the precision knurled grip design of the barrels on these darts. The different flights is a positive and also throwing in that point sharpener is also a nice touch!

The weight of these darts are 22g, so slightly lighter than the usual 24/26g sets for 90% tungsten darts.

Aside from the packaging, I do like these darts for the $33 pricepoint. You get your bang for your buck! The Formula Sports FST180 90% Tungsten Darts are recommended!
