The One about the Ralph Lauren Men’s Polo Bear Edition Eau de Toilette Spray, 8-oz.

I have been a longtime user of Ralph Lauren fragrances. My favorite go to fragrances have been the Polo Deep Blue Parfum, Polo Blue Eau de Toilette and I have tried Polo Red Eau de Toilette.

But I decided to try something different this winter and try the Ralph Lauren Men’s Polo Bear Edition Eau de Toilette (Polo Green).

I was actually going to get Polo Deep Blue but in the end, seeing Tuxedo Bear ala Duffle Bear style artwork won me over. But I wanted to try Polo Green, it was the original fragrance from Ralph Lauren and introduced back in 1978 (created by Carlos Benaim).

This is known to be a masculine scent, no floral notes. You are hit with the fresh notes of artemisia, basil and thyme and spicy notes of cumin, coriander and cloves with a base of leather, tobacco and thyme.

I absolutely love the scent, but for me it’s truly a winter scent with the feeling that I am near a winter wonderland with pine trees around. But the green bottle, matches the scent. It’s a fragrance you want to sport during the winter and cold weather months. But not a cologne to be used during the summer (hence the reason I like to get fragrances to cover cold weather and warm weather months).

I absolutely like the fragrance and I’ll definitely use this during the winter. It’s no doubt masculine and for those used to floral scents, this is the anti-floral cologne for a man who wants to embrace the winter and the green, woodsy atmosphere.

It’s definitely worth it and I also enjoy the fact that you get a bag or a polo bear when you purchase this jumbo size bottle (this will last you awhile).
