The One about the DESTEK Capsule Power Bank for Oculus Quest 2

Has there been times when you are play a game on your Oculus Quest 2 and you see your battery power getting low?

What if you are not in an area where you can plug in? Or what if you just need a bit more time to play, while having it charge?

As a person who has reviewed a good number of power banks, which I do recommend for having one for the Oculus Quest 2, I recently discovered the DESTEK Capsule Power Bank for Oculus Quest 2.

This is a 3300mAh Capsule Power Bank, which is light and can plug to the left of your Oculus Quest 2 headset.

It works with the Oculus Quest 1 and also comes with a Micro USB charging table, it can give you 1.5 hours Oculus using time.

It’s important to note that using this capsule power bank, it will block your headphone port. So, please know this.

As for the test, after a thorough workout on my Oculus Quest 1, I was at 28% of battery power. So, I decided to try this power bank as I wanted to go on to VRChat and hang out virtually and see how long things would last with the capsule power bank on.

And sure enough, I was on for almost another 1.5 hours thanks to the capsule power bank and still didn’t die on me. Granted, I was on chat and not a game that is quite extensive in terms of gameplay but I was expecting maybe getting a half hour or hours worth of power but I got more than that.

I’m now considering getting a second because of its portability and how well it worked for me. Granted, I will update this review if I notice the battery starts to wane six months later.
