For those who are looking for added protection for their Oculus Quest 2 controller, will want to check out the CgBeHah VR Protective Cover Set for Oculus Quest 2.
Presented in wall black, you get a protective cover for both Touch Controllers that comes with two types of straps. You have your threaded wrist strap and then a velcro wrist strap. I have reviewed other protective skins with better locks, these velcro straps do work as a secondary strap.
You also get a rocker cap, controller grip cover and a VR silicone face cover. So, you do get quite a bit of accessories.
For the most part, these are easy to install and I do like it a lot.
But while I do like them for the added protection, some games, one may feel their controller coming out of the skin.
Depending on the game, if there is a lot of force when it comes to use the controllers, the controller will move from the bottom. I noticed this with popular rhythm music games, it happens quite a bit and I have to make sure that when there is a break in a game, I can push the controller back into the skin.
It’s not a game breaker as one will not need to worry about their controller flying out of the skin, but some may notice the controller lifting from the bottom and can affect certain gamers.
But overall, I do like them and for the fact that you the skins, the straps at under $20, it makes it worth getting!
