The One about the SUNTA VR Charging Station Stand Set for the Oculus Quest 2

The SUNTA VR Charging Station Stand Set for the Oculus Quest 2 is a way for one to charge their headset and are wary of plugging in their short Oculus Quest 2 USB-C cable (which came with headset) to their Oculus headset.

But it’s important to let people know that this is not the same as the Anker charging dock which charges the headset and both Touch controllers, the SUNTA VR Charging Station Stand Set for the Oculus Quest 2 which only charges the headset only, thus the much cheaper price.

I have noticed that this certain charging station, there are similar competitors selling the same device, but under a different name.

But how it works is that you get a USB-C magnetic head (you get two, one for backup) which you connect to the side of your headset.

Plug in the USB cable of the charging station stand and flip the switch to on. Lay your headset on the docking station and it’s ready to go. You can see the charge on the LED charging light of the headset.

Meanwhile, the docking stand has a cool colorful LED at the bottom while it’s charging.

And for the most part, it has charged my headset everyday.

I also have to let people know that while using VRcover goggles on mine, I was still able to charge my Oculus Quest 2 headset and still see the LED light, so no problems with that.

In addition, you do get screws if you want to mount the docking station to a wall.

But overall, it works as intended. As of right now, the Anker charging dock is the only one that charges headset and provides recharging for Oculus Touch controllers. But if you want a charging station for the headset, you can’t go wrong with the SUNTA VR Charging Station Stand Set for the Oculus Quest 2.
