For those who are looking for added protection for their Oculus Quest 2 controller, will want to check out these Silicone Controller Skin for the Oculus Quest 2.
Presented in white (with a blue or a purple glitter tone, the blue is more like a pearl tone), you get a skin that comes with two types of straps. One to have a better grip with a wrap around hand strap and then a thicker wrist strap.
For the most part, these are easy to install and I do like it a lot.
But while I do like them for the added protection, some games, one may feel their controller coming out of the skin.
Depending on the game, if there is a lot of force when it comes to use the controllers, the controller will move from the bottom. I noticed this with popular rhythm music games, it happens quite a bit and I have to make sure that when there is a break in a game, I can push the controller back into the skin.
It’s not a game breaker as one will not need to worry about their controller flying out of the skin, but some may notice the controller lifting from the bottom and can affect certain gamers.
But overall, I do like them and for the fact that you the skins, the straps at under $20, it makes it worth getting!
