For July’s stock investments, I decided to go for Growth, Dividend Growth and Dividend producing ETF’s.
July was a month I had to make difficult decisions and because of how the market is, I wanted to exit out of some of my more riskier positions, which was mREITs and office space REITs. I love REITs and mREITs for the yield and monthly dividend but I’m not liking what I see right now in the market towards certain areas of real estate, so instead of holding, I decided to exit office REITs and mREITs and reinvested it towards more SCHD.
This month was more ETF heavy, as I wanted my dividend income to stay above a certain amount, so I added more towards my position in dividend producing ETF’s.
Meanwhile, my normal investments focused on growth and dividend growth, so I invested in VTI and NVDA (NVIDIA) and also a little in QQQ as I’m a bit weak in the technology sector.

So, this was my July 2021 dividend stock investment + investments in ETFs and Index Funds. No crypto for the month of July.
A total of $20,632.31 invested (and reinvested) and adding around $956 in dividend income. Sure, if I wanted more dividend income, I could have easily put it all into dividend ETF’s. But I wanted to have a balance with high yield dividend, dividend growth and also growth stocks. For
