I always have to have a package of roasted seaweed sheets in my kitchen cabinet, because I need it to crumble on my rice, sushi and spam musubi.

So, what is gold grade?
Gold Grade or A Grade is considered the best nori grade and the rating is not about flavor but how the nori looks. So, if its darker, the better grade the nori becomes.
