The One about Lee Holden’s Qi Gong “Better Breathing” and “Arms, Wrists and Hands” DVD’s

In China, Qi Gong is a centuries old system which people learn about body posture, movement, breathing and meditation.

It’s viewed in China as a way to have a balance qi (life energy) and many people in China practice Qi Gong for exercise, relaxation, self-healing,meditation, martial arts training and more.

For me, I wanted to learn about Qi Gong because during these uncertain times, I really need to relax my mind, to use it to mediate but also, I’ve been fascinated with the whole life energy for well-being.

And the fact that it has been practiced for over 4,000 years is fascinating.

Lee Holden is a person who has dedicated his career to helping others learn the principles of Qi Gong may it be through his website or his online YT channel.

I am reviewing his bundle of “Better Breathing” and “Arms, Wrists and Hands”. Some may ask, why get the DVD’s when you can watch him online.

For one, the online version is more or less a several minute preview while the DVD’s are much longer and really gets indepth into the Qi Gong training.

For “Better Breathing”, I truly believe in deep breathing for destressing, providing cells with sufficient oxygen and also just harmony. This is not new, from working out to meditation, breathing correctly is a major component and the quickest source of Qi is through breathing.

For “Arms, Wrists and Hands”, my job requires me to use all three. Sitting down, always on the computer and doing repetitive motions can make me feel tense and I sought this DVD for QiGong exercises for the neck, upper back and arms but also stretching my arm, wrists and hands. Great for relaxation and when you start doing it, you can see the purpose with clarity of circulating things and working on the pressure points.

Both are very good DVD’s and the fact you get two for under $37, it’s not bad.

If anything, these DVD’s have helped me calm me for meditation but also to embrace Qi Gong as an exercise and more!

I definitely will need to give the other DVD’s a try but Lee Holden’s Qi Gong “Better Breathing” and “Arms, Wrists and Hands” DVD’s bundle is no doubt worth trying!
