After you are successfully able to scan your QR code, you are then led to a room full of people, but before you go inside and enjoy the digital art museum, the first step at teamLab Borderless is to leave your bags in a locker.
If you see a key, that is an empty locker, where you can keep your bags inside. Because of how crowded things are and because there are children around and some areas are dark, they don’t want people carrying bags around. So, definitely lock them up.
And unlike teamLab Planets, you can keep your shoes on. The reason why you take them off at Planets, is because you are walking in water.
Now is the time to go inside teamLab Borderless.
You have numerous doors that offer different things. So, go ahead and explore. You can stay as long as you’d like, but average time for people tend to be around two hours, but some stay longer.
The first room is a floral room, many flowers projected. But it’s a first sight that many people find breathtaking.
Just know that the level is not all flat, so be careful while walking.
