Right outside Katsuta Station, near the bus stops, I discovered a Christmas decoration I’ve never seen anywhere else before.
Seeing a Christmas tree next to a station is common, but in this case, we have a Christmas tree via lights and an octopus made with flowers. Next to the octopus are Christmas trees made with PET bottles.
For a seaside area, you have to love the creativity of their Christmas illumination. I would imagine it was coordinated with a school or club but for the most part, it is probably the only Christmas illumination that I’ve seen like this with no actual tree whatsoever but to emulate a tree through lights and PET bottles.
