This morning in Yokohama, a truck, after an accident, entered the tracks of the Tokyu Kodomonokuni Line and collided with an oncoming train. Security cameras in the vicinity captured the entire incident. Today in Aoba Ward, Yokohama City, a light passenger car is driving from the left side of the screen. After coming to a stop, it attempts to turn right when it collides with the truck.
The impact causes the truck to veer off the road and come to a stop. White smoke can be seen rising from the footage.
A train then comes speeding along and pushes the truck over. The accident occurred shortly after 11:00 a.m. on the Tokyu Corporation’s Kodomonokuni Line.
According to the police, the woman driving the truck is conscious but complaining of a headache, and the woman driving the light passenger car sustained only minor injuries. Meanwhile, according to Tokyu Corporation, there were approximately 100 passengers and crew on the train, but no one was injured.
