Today I am reviewing the moxerith Screw-in Nail Weights for Bass Fishing. These are offered in 50 pieces (5 size) and 70 pieces (7 size), I went for the 70.
You get 12 1/32 oz, 12 1/25 oz, 12 1/20 oz, 12 1/16 oz, 12 1/14 oz (each with bamboo head), 5 3/32 oz (ball head) and 5 3/32 oz (diamond head) and they all come in a plastic case.
They are typically used for “Neko rigs” which the screw goes into the tail of the worm and the bait falls head first and you can easily screw in the weights into the artificial worm and helps with lures sining faster in heavy cover, windy conditions and deep water.
They are also used in Texas rigs in which you embed it towards the center (not from the center), this will change its movement for a feather in the air type of movement. While a “Chicken Rig” can go on the top of the worm.
For many anglers, weight placement is important and while there are some who are fine going to the hardware store and purchasing screws, the moxerith Screw-in Nail Weights are worth it for the sheer variety of sizes and the bamboo weights make it easier to hide.
And you get a total of 50 to 70 pieces (50 is $7.99 and 70 is $9.99) which is affordable and definitely worth it for bass fishing.
It’s important to note that these are not for surf fishing, trolling or catfish rigs.
Overall, the moxerith Screw-in Nail Weights for Bass Fishing are highly recommended!
