Today’s theme on “Good! Ichioshi” is “World’s First Land-Based Octopus Farming.” Tokai University is working on farming endangered marine products. Amidst this, they are now taking on the challenge of land-based farming of octopus, a familiar food ingredient, which, if successful, would be a world first.
