The Tokyu Toyoko Line is currently suspended in some sections due to a power outage. Some trains are also stopped between stations, and passengers are walking along the tracks to reach their nearest stations.
According to Tokyu Corporation, a power outage occurred around 12:20 PM between Okurayama Station on the Toyoko Line and Minatomirai Station on the Minatomirai Line, causing a suspension of service between Kikuna Station and Yokohama Station.
As a result, one train each in the northbound and southbound lines are stopped between stations, and passengers are walking along the tracks to reach their nearest stations. There is no estimate yet for when service will resume, and the cause of the power outage is still under investigation.
