I have a few SEIKO watches in my collection. But the Seiko Core SNE343 watch instantly captured my attention. Gunmetal, dark gray face, it’s a different style of watch that I have ever seen from Seiko. And while I prefer automatic watches, this was the first watch from SEIKO to own that is powered by solar.
I have solar G-Shocks but not solar watches and I like how it has a 10 month power reserve, Japanese-quartz movement and I love the size which has a case diameter at 43mm, just right, not too big, not too small.
It’s also water resistant up to 330 feet (100 m) and is suitable for snorkeling, swimming but not diving.
I have not had any problems with discoloration, gunmetal coloring changing at all.
And I love how people notice it and compliment the watch of how cool it looks!
This beautiful watch is available in the U.S., while I imported mine (no difference between U.S. and Japan version).
But this watch is definitely worth purchasing!
