The latest gaming mouse to review is the AJAZZ FIRSTBLOOD Only Game. F15 Amber Gaming Mouse with Replaceable Honeycomb Shell.
AJAZZ has collaborations with different companies and similar to other collaborations, while an AJAZZ product, this is under the FIRSTBLOOD ONLY GAME. brand.
With this yellow/black mouse, it would suprise man that it’s a clone of the G Pro Wireless, it has the same shape/size as the GPW as well as the Hati M (which is also a “clone”). It’s a good ambidextrous shape that felt comfortable with claw grip and I could fingertip grip it, albeit it would likely be more comfortable if I had slightly longer hands.
The selling point of the mouse is that there are hot-swappable pieces to increase/decrease the weight.
By default, the mouse is 80g.
Honeycomb is 3g lighter, reducing the weight to 77g.
There is a weight tray that has 12 removable weights to add up to 80g, allowing the default weight to go up to 100g, and the honeycomb-shell weight to go up to 97g.
The minimum weight isn’t exactly impressive. A mouse that is focused on weight but by default is the same weight as the GPW isn’t particularly good. The weight is fine, but as a weight-advertised mouse I would expect better. I tore down the mouse and was able to reduce the weight to 65g, but I wouldn’t recommend it because the G-Wolves Hati M exists.
Mouse Buttons (also hot-swappable). Mouse 1 and 2 use Huano Blue switches, which felt fine and performed well. Side buttons are unlabeled switches.
It has the same mechanisms for side buttons as the G Pro Wireless. There are mouse buttons on both sides that can be removed and replaced with non-functional buttons depending on if you are left or right handed.
Black, mass-produced PTFE feet. They aren’t that great.
Paracord-like cable that all good mice are now produced with. It’s good and light.
It’s generic software which functions fine, but the default DPI values are 1000, 2400, 3600, 4800, 6200, 10000… which is incredibly frustrating because a vast majority of gamers use 400, 800, 1200, or even 3200. This means that in order to use a normal DPI value, you’ll need to install the software.
As for the LED, It looks fine, but it doesn’t fit well with the available colorways for this mouse.
Reviewing this as a clone, It’s not as good as the G-Wolves Hati M, but it’s much cheaper than that. 4/5 because of the seemingly random default DPI values and the low quality mouse feet.
But overall, for the price and that its a clone or very similar to another, more pricier gaming product, the AJAZZ FIRSTBLOOD Only Game. F15 Amber Gaming Mouse with Replaceable Honeycomb Shell is recommended.
