Having had success with another BOBLOV recording device, I wanted to give the BOBLOV F1 2K 1440P Body Mounted Camera a try.
This body mounted camera has a 1-inch LCD screen, utilizes an Ambarella H22 chipset and supports 1440p video recording.
The purpose of this camera, unlike other BOBLOV cameras which are a bit more discreet is that this is a body mounted camera that records in various modes.
May it be the normal recording or its use of built-in 3 IR night vision lamps, the camera also offers 10 hours of 1080p video recording and has advanced battery saving technology.
It also offers WiFi connection, so you can review the videos on a smartphone and also a built-in GPS chip, so you can view the position of your location via a GPS player included on a disc that comes with the package.
The camera offers 10 hour usage time on 4 hours of charging and it’s quite easy to use.
My purpose for this camera is capturing footage while walking and hot having to hold my smartphone. Especially when traveling overseas or to a convention, it helps to have a hands free camera that doesn’t give away your recording. I can also see certain people utilizing this for meetings, when they are driving or for some evidence collecting. Especially what’s going on in the world.
The problem is that getting to the settings can be a bit problematic and the app needs work but the camera does it work.
I like how it comes with a shoulder clip, belt clip and easily chargeable with the USB charging cable.
I do like the BOBLOV F1 2K 1440P Body Mounted Camera but I’m not really digging the price. In a way, I think the M852 is a much better offering from BOBLOV due to the LED screen on the rear. Granted, the M852 only has 32GB and a bit cheaper, the F1 is 64GB and records at 1440P (2K), but I think the M852 is much more user friendly.
But depending on your needs, definitely do your research on the various BOBLOV body mounted cameras available.
