When I was in Japan, I waited a few weeks until visiting the Pokemon Cafe (which opened on March 14th) in Nihonbashi, as I expected it to be extremely crowded. Note: There is also a Pokemon Cafe in the Kansai region in Shinsaibashi, Osaka.
Located on the fifth floor of Takashimaya department store, this is no doubt a wonderful destination for Pokemon fans.
But while you can go there to visit the Pokemon Center Tokyo DX shop, Pokemon Cafe is not a walk-in cafe.
In fact, you are going to have to reserve to eat at the cafe and you will need to reserve a month before your plan to visit.
So, here is a guide on how to reserve!

Here are the rules:

* You must make a seating reservation for Pokémon Cafe in advance. We apologize for your inconvenience, but please come to the cafe upon making a reservation for yourself in advance.
* If any reservations are canceled, you will be able to reserve a same spot on the reservation page.
* Please count infants as one person when making a reservation.
* The Pokémon Cafe requires that each customer orders at least one item from the menu. Thank you for your understanding in advance. (Excluding infants)
* We only accept reservations online. Please note that we do not accept reservation over the phone.
* The reservation page may be hard to connect to when we begin accepting reservations. If you are experiencing difficulty connecting to the webpage, please wait before trying again. Thank you.
* You are required to pay with your credit card at the time of reservation for “Special Edition Reservation.” Thank you for your understanding in advance.
* The Pokémon Cafe prohibits the online auctioning or transferring of reservation slots regardless of its purpose or reason.
* We will cancel your reservation and block anyone accessing the reservation page using your information if we find any cases of reselling or transferring of reservations for profit under your information. In this case, you will also neither receive any refunds or the special offers that come with the reservation.
* We will not be responsible for any trouble related to the reselling, transferring, or exchanging of reservation information.
* Please note that your reservation will automatically be canceled if you have not notified the cafe, and did not show up to the cafe within 15 minutes of your reservation.
* You may not be able to receive our email if you have security measures against spam emails such as domain restrictions and email rejection settings. Please change your settings so that you can receive emails from “@mail-pokemon-cafe.jp”
* All indicated times are to be in Japan Standard Time.

The cafe may be closed or change operation hours due to typhoon and earthquakes.In this case, reservations after the date and time after such a change will be canceled.Please see below for any changes to the days and hours regarding the operation.

In addition, for customers who purchased the reservation exclusive products, you will receive a refund on the credit card you used for the purchase.
* Depending on your credit card company, you may be billed for the total amount minus your refund in that month or for the total amount in that month and then receive the refund later.
Select the number of guests and choose a day and then afterward, choose at time slot. And then enter your name and contact information.
And choose exclusive reservation items (which you have to pay for) or skip and submit without purchasing reservation items and that’s it!
Print out the e-mail with the reservation confirmation or keep a copy ala screencapture on your smartphone just in case.
