Today’s TS3 review is for the DLC: “Tower! Simulator 3” (KPIT – Pittsburgh International Airport) which was released back in May 2024.

Owned and operated by the Allegheny County Airport Authority, KPIT is a convenient airport with four runways.

I use the word “convenient” because I like how the gates were planned and ramps were decided. If anything, not frustratingly busy where people with bad eyesight will have a tough time to figure out things. I also like the fact that the while 10C/28C and 10R and 28L are close enough to make quick choices because this airport really loves its pushbacks.

Because there are so many pushbacks, but because the airport is easily to plan, you can easily select 10C or 28R. Even use 10R if needed when things get super busy.

As for the airport itself, FeelThere did a magnificent job with the overall look of this airport. Down to the cracks in the pavement.

But this is a well-made airport. And one of my favorite domestic USA airport DLCs that I have come across thus far. This is one for those who need something simpler and those who also like a bit of a challenge, especially if they love setting airport density to super max.

Now there is one thing that I would love FeelThere to do and possible come back and do for a lot of their airports in colder regions, because PANC is an airport that started integrating snow (albeit not dynamic), it’s a feature that I would love to see them revisit cold region airports and add snow.

KPIT is an airport that operates in cold temperatures and gets inundated with snow. So, I would love to see if snow-based technology can be incorporated and added to pre-existing DLCs (In fact, the day I am writing this review, KPIT has received snow).

But nevertheless, this is a very well-done and one of the better looking domestic airports from FeelThere!

Highly recommended!
