The One about the Infanso H13 True HEPA Air Purifier AP700

I’ve tested numerous air purifiers, big and small. This time around, I wanted to try something smaller that people who want an air purifier in their room, but one that doesn’t take too much space.

So, I am reviewing the Infanso H13 True HEPA Air Purifier AP700.

This air purifier offers 3-in-1 HEPA Filtration so the filter should catch hair and dust, has activated carbon filters to absorb formaldehyde and other substances, also to remove odor in the air.

The HEPA filter is H13 and can remove micron-level micro particles.

And it has a 20dB Low Noise Operation, making it silent.

In addition, it offers air spiral technology and Vortex type air outlet and refreshes air for rooms up to 220 square/feet.

And it only takes 3.5 watts, so it’s an energy saving air purifier.

Upon receiving the air purifier, the filter and the plug outlet is located in the bottom. It’s a easy to twist off cover and easy to remove the filter.

Once you remove the contents out of the bag, put filter back in and it’s ready to go after you plug it in.

After plugging it in, the first thing in your mind is if you are supposed to press that white button in the front like a normal button. While there is a button as you can see on the photo, I was pressing it and it wouldn’t turn on. I realized that everything is controlled from the top.

It’s finger sensing, so there is no button pressing, just put your finger on top of it and the slight pressure will turn it on, the same with changing speeds and putting it in sleep mode.

So far, so good…but is it working? It sounds so silent. Needless to say, I had to press the button on the top (which are touch based buttons) and I was able to put the fan to its highest speed (low speed the ring on the front button is blue, high speed, it will turn white). And I have kept it on for awhile now straight on without shutting it off and it’s still running.

There is a sleep mode as well.

Now, a question is how loud is it. I can’t hear anything from it if I’m two feet away. But if you are going to put this near your head while you sleep, sure you’re going to hear it. For me, it’s not that bad. In fact, I need a little noise to sleep (as I had to use a sleep noise machine), as I don’t like things super quiet.

But it’s not that loud and I compared this to my son’s more powerful air filter, which is very loud in high speed.

Now, this air purifier is about $130. This is almost double or triple the price of other air filters. With that being said, it is ETL Listed, it is CARB certified and along with the 360 degree air intake, being quiet and offers PM2.5 detection.

Now the caveat, and this is not just towards Infanso but other companies as well. Many of them recommend changing out the filter every six months.

But what filter do you get? Where do you buy it? Is it on Amazon? Is it cheap?

The competitor sells their air purifier filter replacements, but what about Infanso? What air filter do they recommend to get? (I’m shrugging my shoulders right now).

This is a very important detail which Infanso needs to add to their product page. Because people want to know how much the air purifier will be plus replacements in the future. That should be important information listed.

Overall, the Infanso H13 True HEPA Air Purifier AP700 is a very good purifier that works very well. It’s a bit pricey compared to other competitors. But until the HEPA filter replacement filter information is provided to consumers, I’m going to knock this down from 4.5 stars down to 3.5 stars.
