As a big fan of the “Star Wars” films, comic books and toyline, having grown up with “Star Wars”, one thing that I always have enjoyed are the lightsabers.
Granted, the toy ones you get at a department store are fun, but as you get older, you want something cooler.
And I have had friends who have invested in expensive replicas and it’s great to see how they look like the ones in the movie and how technology has changed over the years.
The YOFOTHS Rechargeable Lightsaber is a lightsaber, but not made to look like an official Star Wars lightsaber.
At under $47, hold on to the button and it will immediately make the sounds of a lightsaber when turned on and when you move with your wrist, like the sounds from the movies. Keep pressing the button and you can cycle to different colors, may it be blue, red, green, purple, pink, darker blue and yellow.
It’s easy to put together, just hook up the tube to the lightsaber handle and you can tighten the screws with the included tool.
It comes pre-charged but it comes with a power adapter that plugs into any USB port for charging.
The lightsaber handle is aluminum alloy metal and it comes with black tape but I rather not use it. If anything, I probably may make slight modifications to it but on it’s own, it’s still pretty cool.
Thinking of how much my friends spent on their replicates years ago and seeing how much this is, the ability to change colors and also with the sound effects, that’s pretty awesome!
