The One about Narimasu Station in Narimasu, Itabashi (Tokyo)

Located in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo is the town of Narimasu.

With a population of 28,289 people, the location is a 10-minute walk from Hikarigaoka Park, the site of the Narimasu Airfield and a residential area featuring first-class low rises which is rare to see in Itabashi. Along with the Koikeya HQ near Shirako River.

Possibly the most famous celebrity from the area is Ishibashi Takaaki of the comedy duo TUNNELS, who actually named their first album “Narimasu”.

I decided to visit Narimasu to check it out quickly and see the station.

While the station has been around since May 1914 (Taisho 3) for the Tobu Railway (Tobu Tojo Line), but around 2015 the location had construction to develop its South Exit area, including the EQUIA Narimasu.

I decided to have breakfast at the local Sunmerry’s bakery and then checked out what is around Narimasu Station.

But I would imagine it’s a convenient area to live in considering its in Tokyo. I don’t know too much about Itabashi’s cost of living but because it’s not far from the major stations, I’m guessing this smaller town is no doubt convenient in terms of living location.
