The One about the Pawfly Magnetic Algae Scraper

In terms of observing the health of my fish, I tend to take a lot of macrophotos and one of the things I can’t stand is seeing drip marks on the glass (once you start looking at your photos through your computer) or interior build-up on the glass.

I typically use a long window cleaning brush but that could get messy when taking the brush out, as it collects so much water.

So, I like to utilize the algae magnetic scrapers. They are small and convenient.

The latest magnetic algae scraper is the Pawfly Magnetic Algae Scraper.

For one, it’s awesome that its only $7 and has an inner abrasive velcro and an external soft pad and no worries that this will scratch your glass.  In addition, I like how this one is slightly larger than my other algae scrapers.

I was able to clean the build-up with ease.  Granted, you have to go slowly as certain fish are too curious about it and think it may be another fish or food and they want to follow it while you use it, but it works very well in cleaning the aquarium glass.

Definitely recommended!
