Recently, I was asked to fireup the Nintendo Wii. Something I haven’t turned on since moving on to the Wii U and the Nintendo Switch, but yet there are some games I have yet to beat.
But all my consoles have HDMI adapters except this and I had to find out, is there a Wii to HDMI adapter?
And sure enough, for under $15, you can check out the the Hdiwousp HDMI Adapter for Wii Converter.
You can plug in your headphones to the adapter, you can plug in an HDMI cable (I use a different one as I need the length to reach to my receiver) and that’s it.
I can use my Wii on my 4K TV and man, I was surprised how the Wii looks in HD (not great) but its expected considering how old the console is. But if anything, now I can play some of those backlog Nintendo Wii games that I need to get to.
So, if you want to play your Wii on your new HDTV, give the Hdiwousp HDMI Adapter for Wii Converter a try!
