I have been looking at Mountain House products for outdoor camping and also survival prep use and with the success of their chicken and rice, I’m now trying the Mountain House Pad Thai with Chicken.
These last for 30 years, in fact, the back of the package that I have has an expiration date of January 2050.
Each package serves two and you just add hot water to the pouch and it’s ready in 10 minutes.
I learned the hardway like others, the hot water made it too soupy and this one you will want to use less water. But it does work and the chicken was very good. But use less water than it shows in the instructions.
Overall, a good product but I’ll need to get another package and try it with less water.
