The One about the Nespresso Capsules OriginalLine: Nicaragua Master Origin

I love coffee.    But I also love espresso and I also love Lungo.

For those not familiar with coffee may wonder, what is Espresso?  Well, Espresso machines pressurize and shoots near boiling-water through finely ground coffee beans packed into cakes.  Espresso is known for its complex, aromatic and caffeine-packed shot of coffee.

As many coffee has become popularized in the US via Keurig K-Cups, Nestle’s Nespreso line of machines brew espresso and coffee from coffee capsules/pods and for the most part, they are premium-priced.

And with Nespresso machines, their original line was great but it’s small coffee using small capsules.  Nespresso’s Master Origin line is great for Espresso 1.35 oz or Lungo 3.7 oz. (Note: Lungo which means “long” in Italian, makes the flavor a bit more milder, as more water lessens the intensity).

Coffee fans wanted larger servings and thus, in 2014, Nespresso launched their Vertuoline system of machines.

And Nespresso is quite successful and they also have this popular celebrity promoting their coffee machines.

For this review, I take a look at Nespresso’s Master Crafted Single Origins: Nicaragua.

The coffee is 100% Arabica from Nicaragua.  The Master Origin Nicaragua utilizes a Black Honey processing which gives it a smoothed honeyed texture and sweet cereal notes.  In fact, there is a roasted, nutty note that I absolute love.

It’s so good!

Nespresso has it with an intensity of 5 and great for Espresso 1.35 oz or Lungo 3.7 oz.  While I drink it via Espresso, I’m starting to make it more ala Lungo, because I get more to drink.  And while I prefer Nespresso Vertuo Line (as you get more coffee), the Master Origin line is just as awesome.  As Nespresso really makes quality coffee!

And what I like about how Nespresso offers these on Amazon, you get five boxes with ten capsules each.

I would proclaim this as the best Nespresso coffee but there are other coffees offered that I also enjoy, so that would be a hard choice!

But works great with the Gran Lattissima machine (or the Lattissima line in general) and the Creatista Line. As well as others like Citiz, Essenza and Pixie machines.

Overall, this is delicious coffee from Nespresso for a great deal!   Nespresso Capsules OriginalLine: Nicaragua Master Origin… I definitely recommend it!
