The One about #AlwaysWithIZONE

For the last two days, I can’t help but want to show my support for the global pop group IZ*ONE who are perhaps having to experience one of the rare, heartbreaking situations to ever happen to an extremely popular pop group.

For those who don’t know what happened, IZ*ONE consists of the top 12 members which people voted for in the reality TV show “Produce48”.  And another group, X1 from “ProduceX101”.

There were allegations that there was manipulation of the votes and the producer of both TV shows admitted fault of manipulating votes, so people who were doing really well in the show, somehow ended up not making it in the final cut.

While we may never find out the true rankings of either show and while the fault lies on the producer and those involved with the manipulation, unfortunately Korean media are canceling appearances on television featuring the group.

And the terrible thing is that their first full-length album which has done tremendously well on pre-orders, has been temporarily canceled (for the November 11th release).  Their movie that was supposed to hit theaters next week has been shelved.  And it has been a terrible last two days.

But the good thing is that the fans are coming together to show their love for the group.  To try and lift their spirits when things are tough.

The fans, music producers and even the Japanese media are showing their support for IZ*ONE.

As more than likely the same people who tried to cause problems for IZ*ONE since their debut of trying to ban the group from performing on Korean television because the group has three Japanese members, are trying to push for the group to disband.

For any logical person, it is known that IZ*ONE and even the other “Produce” group, X1 had nothing to do with what has happened. The mess was caused by a shady producer and possibly others, but this is not what defines these two groups.

Both IZ*ONE and X1 have managed to grow their fandom from a lot of hardwork, solid music and have entertained and thrilled people worldwide.

So, the calls of these same troublemakers who have called for the disbanding of these groups are ignorant to the fact is that problem is not with the groups but those who manipulated votes.

With IZ*ONE having a successful year with their current lineup, while at the beginning, there was no doubt questions from those who were upset their artist they supported during “Produce48” not making it into the show, it’s hard to imagine now, a group without these members.

For IZ*ONE, what made this group so entertaining and exciting to watch is to see how these 12 brought their own form of dynamic to the group, may it be by vocals, their dancing, their visual presence, etc.

Meanwhile, Japan companies are still showing their support of IZ*ONE:
