Around December, we start to get ice around our windshield and what I dislike about the experience is that it takes awhile for my Prius-C to thaw out and because of that, I have to wake up and get ready for work earlier.
So, when I read that this snow ice cover from Frelong does a great job, I began using it and I have put it on my car for the past few weeks and it works perfectly.
You have covers for your driver/passenger side mirrors and the covers covered my front windshield and my side driver and passenger window perfectly. You get four hooks (two on each side) and have it extending to my rims of each tire but it really holds onto place very well.
If there is one thing I must let people know, for those who get a lot of winter condensation, because this is waterproof, the condensation really stays on the cover and when you remove it, a lot of water will drip. I don’t mind just taking it off, putting it my trunk area and leaving to work but just know that it really collects that condensation and you’ll have a lot of water falling when you remove it.
So, I can attest that this thing is definitely waterproof.
But so far, this has worked wonderfully in the cold weather and I trust it so much that I haven’t had the need to wake up early as this worked perfectly.
