Lately, I’m listening to Yamashita Tatsuro’s “山下達郎 – OPUS ～ALL TIME BEST 1975-2012～”, Dream Come True’s “DREAMS COME TRUE GREATEST HITS “THE SOUL”, Spitz “RECYCLE Greatest Hits of SPITZ” and Keyakizaka 46’s single “Garasu wo Ware!”.
Yamashita Tatsuro is one of the well-known singer/songwriters in Japan. His song “Christmas Eve” is considered the ultimate Japanese Christmas song but although he has created many hits, especially for other artists and groups, his music from the ’80 will be known.
Dreams Come True is a Japanese R&B band and when it comes to sales, they are among the most successful in Japan. Known for their pop songs and ballads, they are beloved band in Japan.
Spitz is one of the coolest bands from Japan that people gravitate to for their melodic compositions and awesome lyrics and they are one of the most successful/best-selling music bands in Japan.
Keyakizaka46’s “Garasu wo Ware!” is one of the top idol group’s in Japan and are known for their choreography.
