Having used Biore’s Charcoal Pore Minimizer, I was very interested in trying Biore’s Pore Penetrating Charcoal Bar.
Unlike the Minimizer which is used as an exfoliant for night, the Charcoal Bar also has a dual-action formula which exfoliates and deep cleans pores.
The bar itself is infused with joboba beads and peppermint and can be used twice a day (one can lower the usage to avoid drying).
It’s simple to use, wet hands with warm water and create a lather with the charcoal bar. It’s easy to use and similar to the Pore Minimizer, you can feel the after-effects of the exfoliant working on your face.
Personally, both products work very well. It just depends if one wants a bar or wants it in a bottle (and great to use on travel). But both are well-priced around the $10-$13 range and they both work effectively.
I definitely recommend this product for those looking for an low-priced exfoliant!
