I have been using the VTSGN XLR/USB Gaming Microphone Kit as my new YouTube/Twitch streaming. I’ve tested a lot of mics but I wanted to give this microphone kit a try because it came with all of the things I needed to get started for my desk area.
The kit includes a dynamic microphone, spare windscreen sponge, boom arm stand, USB-C to USB-A/C cable, XLR cable, and user manual.
I like the three points of tightening on the boom arm stand so I can easily adjust my mic. Comes with a USB-C cable, but also comes with an XLR cable for my mixer. Both connections are underneath the mic!
Mic is really easy to use as knobs are for headphone gain and microphone gain plus a mute button. Also to change the RGB lighting (there are 9 customizable RGB lighting modes – 8 monochrome and 1 dynamic effect) with the button underneath the mic.
As for the MIC, I use OBS to watch my mic levels but this mic features an ultra-wide frequency range of 80Hz-15KHz and reduces environmental noise for clear sound.
For the most part, this is a very good quality mic and for the price, it’s definitely worth considering. Audio has been very good and I have been using it on all my streams since installing it.
For those who are streaming live and need a mic that can be positioned easily without taking up desk space, the VTSGN XLR/USB Gaming Microphone Kit is definitely worth it and recommended!
