The One about the NIBOSI Analog Chronograph Mens Watch (US2673)

For those who are familiar with Chinese watch brands, NIBOSI is one that has been around since 1985. Many wonder if there is a relation to another China-based company from Guangdong, China – SINOBI.

But NIBOSI watches are known for their low price, using a Quartz movement (uses a battery) and their homage to luxury time pieces.

Today’s watch review is about the NIBOSI Analog Chronograph Mens Watch (US2673).

The watch comes in a variety of colors, but I went for the Silver White and also Gold Green.

The watch is Quartz movement considering this is a $30-range watch and features a 41 mm case diameter.

The watch is 30M (100 feet) water resistant but my feeling as a watch collector and owner is one should never wear a wristwatch underwater or showering. Especially for a cheaper watch which probably may end up in fogging.

The watch chronograph features the hours on the right, the minutes subdial on the left and the seconds subdial on the bottom center. Click on start/stop on the top and the bottom to reset. The crown is easy with pulling it all out will allow to adjust the time, while the second (middle) would be to adjust the date ala calendar display.

Now my thoughts on this watch. It’s a beautiful watch no doubt. I think many men would receive compliments of this watch because of its luxurious look. It’s no doubt a watch that can compliment’s one fashion.

Granted, it’s not going to impress any watch erudite but most watch erudites look to more expensive watches. For those who are purchasing these watches, they are on a budget or they love collecting watches, especially watches that pay homage to a luxury watch that they have no intention of buying.

Last but not least, you may be wondering if it’s worth purchasing this watch? If you like the look, then go for it. If you don’t mind Quartz movements, go for it. Don’t expect anything huge, it’s a $30 range watch overall!

While I can’t tell you if it will last five years or ten years, I will say that for the last few days I have worn it, time has been good on its original battery so far. And whether or not you get what you pay for, who knows how long this watch will truly last? But like any watch, you take care of it, they can last you a long time.

While I’m more of a mechanical watch guy, I also am a guy who likes to wear watches according to the color of fashion I’m showcasing.  So, I don’t mind wearing a Quartz watch once in awhile, as long as it compliments what I wear.

I will say this about NISOBI watches, for the overall look and style, for its pricepoint and for a Quartz watch at under $35, I give a thumbs up!
