Are you a person who likes to test electronic components? When it comes to transistor testers, these are great to identify the type of a transistor, to test for leakage, measure parameters and test other components.
But of course, depending on the transistor tester, as long as it has amplification and microscopic switching, those two things are important.
Today I am testing the the WESTOBIG LCR-P1 Transistor Meter Multifunctional Capacitor Tester.
The transistor comes with a 300mAH battery and has a color backlit screen.
This device detects and analyzes the performance and characteristics of semiconductor components such as transistors, diodes, triodes and field-effect transistors.
Testing range is as follows:
Resistance:0.010-50MΩ;Capacitance: 25pF~100mF; Inductance:10uH-1000uH; Transistor:10<β<600;Diode:Forward voltage drop<4.5V; Voltage Regulator Diode:0.01-4.5V,0.01-32V;Field-Effect Transistor: JFET,IGBT, MOSFET
The device features a one button operation to identify component parameters and also has anti-burn safety protection as well. Undischarged capacitors will be discharged the moment its inserted and locked.
And also, the data can be transferred to a PC and exported to a spreadsheet.
And last this device measures SMD components and supports NEC infrared signal decoding.
It’s important to note that this device comes with two interchangeable patch holders, so you can do different types of testing and comes with three tester cables (red, green and black).
And it’s being offered for $39.99 with a $10 coupon. If anything, it’s a very diverse transistor capacitor tester that offers so many functions that I find it so worth it, if you are someone who likes to test electrical components.
I only wished it came with it’s own case or pouch for easy storage, but other than that I do recommend the WESTOBIG LCR-P1 Transistor Meter Multifunctional Capacitor Tester.
