It has been years since I played by Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) and to my surprise when I found it, the back cover was barely on and the battery had bloated.
One thing gamers will need to know when it comes to their portable game consoles, batteries go bad and they can swell.
So, I wanted to get replacement batteries and discovered the Luuzkla 2PCS 6000mAh PSP 1000 Battery (2024 New Upgrade). These batteries are a replacement for Replacement battery Compatible with PSP 1000 Only, Model: Sony PSP 1000 (1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008, 1010).
It’s important to note that the original batteries were 1200mAh, so these have more long lasting power. NOTE: over six years ago, it was not seen possible to have a higher mAh for PSP batteries but I believe in 2024, this has all changed. But please be wary as past claims of batteries to be more than 1200mAh are fake.
But as always, it’s important to make sure you take care of your consoles and its batteries. You should charge it once in awhile (Every month or every few weeks) and if you can’t, remove the batteries, put in a plastic baggy. But don’t keep it in your console like I did.
But overall, these batteries are working just fine and I do recommend it if you discover your PSP battery has bloated.
