If you have read my reviews, you would know I’m a big fan of COACH. Bags, belts, gloves, wallets, purses for loved ones, you name it.
But I have never owned any COACH shoes and typically, when it comes to dress shoes, I’m more of a guy who tends to favor more luxurious brands of shoes and tries not to opt for fashion brand shoes (and watches).
But when I saw that COACH offered a taupe version of their Davi Suede Derby’s, I had to check it out!
COACH is known for using leather, in fact their brand and history has been all about the leather and with these Davi Suede Dervy’s, they are made of luxe velvety suede leather upper with a lace-up closure.
The footbed is leather and the outsole is leather with a 1″ heel.
But if anything, the one you should know the most is that the sole is not rubber, synthetic, it is leather. The only thing man-made is the leather lining.
These shoes are definitely true to size, comfortable and so beautiful. I love these shoes and for $250 it’s a well-made suede derby shoe.
But COACH makes many suede derby’s, but the Davi version is my favorite.
Again, I am a guy who owns many dozens of shoes and these are well-worth it!
