I love LED lights and even better when you don’t have to do any hardwiring, but everything can run via USB.
I decided to check out the Dekala Lightflow LED Rope Lights. For one, it’s great for people who want to bend and shape their own lights to what suits them and the ability to really create a cool scene in their room with them.
Now, let’s talk about the Dekala Lightflow LED rope lights. For one, they are bendable and flexable, and you get a mounting clips, cable clips and 3M tape so you can put them on your wall.
But how it works is that one rope light can be “daisy-chained” via each rope light. You can use one or all six, there is no limit, so if you want to buy another box, you probably can.
While they are daisy chained, the last light will have a cable left over. You get an adapter which one plugs into that last cable, while the other USB-C plugs into a remote control. It’s really easy to use and you get several adapters (you can use it as an extension) and also a USB adapter, to plug into an outlet or powerstrip.
You can also control them through a phone app if you want. Dekala works with Alexa and Google Home Assistant. I also like the function of music mode, which audio can be detected through the built-in microphone, and as Dekala does say, its lights will change with the music, sync with the melody and even applause.
But I have them running off a portable battery backup (power bank), as I’m using this as rope lights for a cityscape diorama setup not on a wall.
I do like it a lot and it’s price point (considering they are currently offering a $20 off offer for it) is very good! I’m actually wanting to check out more Dekala products after using these lights.
So many light variations and different modes, which was pretty cool to see.
They are well-made and the whole thing is quite easy to use. The Dekala Lightflow LED Rope Lights are highly recommended!
