As a person who needs to play video games everyday, I need to make sure my batteries are ready to go.
Unfortunately, my XBOX ONE and my third party batteries that I got years ago are completely dead or not lasting all that long. So, I decided to peruse on Amazon to see if battery technology has changed.
And I discovered the FirstPower 2800mAh Controller Battery Pack with LCD Dual Charger for Xbox One.
So, how these work is that you get the battery, and you just put it behind your XBOX ONE. So easy! But by doing so, you can’t put the back cover anymore. For me, this is fine. I just want the ability to play and these batteries stay on the controller, so no worries of it flying off.
The batteries are then charged on its own battery charger and if it shows red, needs charging. Green, it’s good to go!
It’s that easy and it comes with three batteries at 2800mAh. Way more battery power than my previous batteries. So, charger, USB cable and three batteries for under $20! How awesome is that?
I do recommend because the battery competition for gaming is competitive, to definitely do your due diligence and research pricing. I thought the 2600 mAh batteries were great under $22, but then I discovered FirstPower offering 2800mAh batteries (three plus charger) for under $20, which is even a better deal and more power.
Battery has a life of 3,000 recharges and takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge and give 28 hours of playing time. And while these work perfectly on my XBOX ONE, the company says it works for X/S series as well.
