I have to admit that prior to me reviewing the FENIFOX Wired Gaming Keyboard and Mouse Combo, what I wanted to see was how this gaming laptop utilized a stainless steel panel.
While there are metal keyboard cases, this is an aluminum alloy brushed silver-metallic panel.
So, I was excited, because I was expecting a mechanical keyboard.
Well, should I start with the bad or the good?
Let’s start with the good. This is a cool looking keyboard with its metal case and it’s easy to type on and yes, you can game on it. And the duo combo is $35.99, which isn’t too bad.
The keyboard also has a wrist rest and a smart phone holder.
And the keyboard has LED lighting, as does the accompanying mouse. The mouse also can be adjusted to four DPI Levels (800, 1200, 2400, 3200).
Now, the bad.
This isn’t a mechanical gaming keyboard. And the Amazon description never says it is, they say it’s a “Mechanical Feeling” keyboard.
What this keyboard is, is basically a standard keyboard with a cool metal case and has LED lights, while the mouse hash as multiple buttons and is a standard optical mouse.
With that being said, this keyboard is way better than the standard keyboard that comes with the computer or one that you use at work. For one, it has letters that are seethrough and won’t fade, and it still looks cool.
But for those who are looking for a gaming keyboard, you will definitely want to go mechanical.
But if you are looking for a cool looking wired standard keyboard for work (which is silent, which is a plus) that comes with cool looking wired optical mouse, then this is a keyboard worth checking out.
But if you are considering this FENIFOX Wired Gaming Keyboard and Mouse Combo for gaming, just know that this is NOT a mechanical keyboard.
